Daylight Saving Time is over! This means that it is VERY important that we emphasis running safely. It is dark when we start and it is dark when we finish. Please make an effort to do any or all of the three following items:
Also with the change of season comes colder weather and the chance of rain. However, if you want to walk or run, we will be there!
Finally, since the end of the year is coming up, there are a couple of events coming up. First, we will be having a board meeting next month to discuss the membership cost for next year. This past year, we kept costs to an absolute minimum to make sure that everyone could afford it. If you have ideas on how to spread a dollar, or would like additional benefits, please talk to anyone on the board and consider attending the meeting. Second, some people have tossed around the idea of a Christmas party. I know it seems early, but having a location, picking a date, figuring food… it all takes planning.
