Marathon completed. Congratulations to everyone who participated in a Long Beach International Marathon event (5K, Half, Full, Bike, Inline), and an special congrats to our training group, who ALL finished the marathon!
Pasta Party. Continuing with the theme of “Thanks,” make sure that everyone thank Rich Satow and Colleen Shea for hosting our Pasta/Awards party on October 8th. The food, drink and camaraderie was excellent. If you’re missing a bowl, silverware or anything, talk to one of the board members or Rich and Colleen.
Christmas events. AREC has not traditionally had any Holiday parties in the past (due to lack of volunteers), but if anyone is interested, talk to the Todds, Lars or myself (we may have some extra party money left in this year’s budget, too!)
