Summer is rapidly coming to a close, which means that the 2001 – 2002 AREC season is completed and a new one begins (for an explanation, see the AREC Awards article below). As we get closer to the end of Daylight Saving Time, remember that when you run in the dark, it is a good idea to wear a reflective vest. You can buy these at Runners High, Big Five or Sports Chalet for $12-15. There isn’t a lot of news that I need to push, but I still appreciate an article or an update (on ANY topic).
