The trail run training began on November 3rd at El Moro Canyon in Laguna Beach. People are enjoying the runs and they are well attended. What follows is some trail running information provided by Mark.
One point to remember (which isn’t mentioned) is that most trail runs are not in close proximity to Long Beach – carpooling IS necessary. If you are a regular trail trainer, please take your turn with driving and offer to pay for gas and/or parking fees if you do not drive.
