LB Marathon/Half Training Kick-off!: Week 1 – 3.4 or 5 Miles
It’s that time of year! Come out to the Joe’s Crab Shack parking lot this Sat, May 12th for the FIRST WEEK of what promises to be another great season of half and full marathon training with AREC. Training runs start at 7:00am; however, please arrive early to renew membership, sign in, warm up, and mingle with old and new friends. Again, we want to help you reach your running goals!
As always, training is included with annual AREC membership. This means that you MUST be a current member to participate. NO Exceptions!
You can do this one of two easy ways. Go to the AREC web site at: www.arec-lb.com and click on “Join AREC”. From that page, either sign up online, or print out a membership form, fill it out completely and bring it to the next run with a $35 check or cash (or $55 per household).
