Coming up on January 8, 2006, is the Orange County Marathon and Half Marathon. AREC received a request from United Cerebral Palsy that any participants run on their behalf. This is NOT a marathon training group, NOR do they require that you raise a specific amount of money. The 11 charities that benefit from the Marathon split the race entry fees, but get a bit more if they recruit runners to run specifically for their charity.
